Flat Out Industries has been doing business in the Toronto, Canada area since 2003. The business was started to fill a void for the junior classes in the moto cross sports. What was a very short-lived part time hobby turned into a full time 6-7 days a week endeavor. The company was originally the brainchild of Michael Waitman and Sean Mance. Soon into the first few months it became very evident that this type of industry was very technologically demanding and Michael Waitman decided to pursue other successful projects and the company was now in the sole possession of Sean Mance.
Since then company has completed projects for Ducati Europe, Yamaha Motors Canada, Kawasaki Motors Canada, Kawasaki Motors Corporation USA, K&L Supply, Suzuki Motors Corporation, many more smaller corporations and still does business with all of them. Since the company has a very strong skill set in 3D design, analysis and aerodynamics, it has taken on concept designs for Mike Warth at West Coast Choppers, custom components for a number of T.V. show bike builds and designed and machined a number of components for the 2007 award winning Ridler Car build by Troy Trepannier at RAD RIDES.
FlatOut Industries continues it’s relentless pursuit of leading edge design and manufacturing processes and has added 3D Rapid Prototyping (3D photocopying), the latest 3D CAD/CAM software and 3D laser scanning technologies in house to further step into the “digital factory” world.
With customers, new and old, demanding more efficient, intelligent designs and components, it is the number one priority of Flat Out industries to remain leading edge. |
